Nutrition for Sports Performance: As an athlete, your training and performance is greatly affected by your diet. Correctly fueling your body during both training and racing can make the difference between 1st and 2nd place, and in longer endurance events can actually determine whether you even finish. As an endurance athlete I have personally experimented with various techniques of fueling for performance and refueling for repair.  I will make specific recommendations based on your preferences and goals to help you get the best results you can and to ensure your nutritional requirements don't hold you back.

Internet Programmes: If you have the motivation to train alone, but need some professional advice and direction to help you train more effectively, I can provide tailored programmes online to enable you to reach your goals. These will include an initial e-mail consultation and access to me for support, information and advice.
